Facility And Rental
The Montgomery County Fairgrounds is a great place for your next event! Located on the southern edge of the city of Dayton, the Montgomery County Fairgrounds features lots of parking secure gated access points, and several venues for your event. From the grandstand seating facing the 1/2 mile oval dirt track, to the Coliseum Building, the fairgrounds can accommodate almost any size group or gathering.

Storage time is quickly approaching and we wanted to let you know that the Montgomery County Fairgrounds will be open for Storage in 2017. Below you will find the contract for storage from October 1, 2016 through June 2, 2017.
Drop Off/Pick Up: Units may be dropped off/picked up Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and Noon and 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM (Normal lunch is from Noon – 1PM) There are times that the office is not open due to unforeseen circumstances – it is recommended that you CALL prior to coming)
Payment: You will be required to pay for the first three (3) months in advance. This is NONREFUNDABLE. You will be billed monthly after your initial payment for the remaining balance. All rentals will be rented by the month (there will be no prorated rates)
Late Fee: There will be a $5 per day per unit late fee for units picked up after June 2nd
Dead Storage: Once your unit is placed in storage it is considered Dead Storage. You will not be permitted to work on or remove your unit while in storage.
Outdrive: Outdrive on boats must be in position so boat may be moved by Fairgrounds Personnel if necessary.
Batteries/Propane: All batteries must be removed or disconnected prior to storage and only a minimum amount of gas in tanks will be permitted in order to prevent expansion.
Cover: It is recommended (not required) that you cover your unit in order to protect it from the elements and bird droppings.
Please read the rules and regulations and have your contract completed when you arrive for storage. We MUST have all the information on the form completed PRIOR to storing your unit.
